Marc Stein Esq.

Marc Stein, Esq. graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. Mr. Stein earned a juris doctorate from New York University Law School (http://www.law.nyu.edu/index.htm) and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association. Since admission, Mr. Stein has concentrated his efforts and skills in the area of matrimonial law and has appeared in all of the courts within the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Mr. Stein has represented celebrities and public figures and holds membership in numerous professional legal organizations, including the New York Bar Association, and the New York City Lawyers Association. Mr. Stein handles complex equitable distribution cases, as well as all family law and divorce issues.

He is well-versed in asset valuation cases and equitable claims to real estate by non-titled spouses. Mr. Stein is also an expert in relocation cases as well as an advocate for grandparent visitation. Mr. Stein has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Division and has recently set new precedence with respect economic conditions warranting relocation of a custodial parent. Over the years, Mr. Stein has become a senior trial associate at Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C.
